Process - How To Buy
Cars in Stock:
- 1. Please contact us (link) to purchase one of our vehicles.
- 2. When a deal is made we will place a 48hour courtesy hold for you.
- 3. You then have two business days to remit payment for the vehicle .
- 4. Once the payment is verified your vehicle will be booked for shipping to your preferred destination.
- 5. Once the vehicle has been shipped, we will send you all of the necessary documents such as the Bill of Lading etc.
Cars from Auction:
- 1. Utilize our free auction search engine to search for available vehicles or provide your contact information and the information about the vehicle(s) that you desire to purchase and we can search on your behalf if you are qualifed to buy.
- 2. Place a deposit in order to be eligible to bid. The required deposit is 150,000 JPY or $1500 USD in countries that cannot send in JPY for vehicles 1,000,000 JPY or less. All vehicles expected to be over that amount a 20% deposit is required.
- 3. Once a deposit is placed we will search the auctions daily (or you can search as well) for vehicles that meet your requirements and email them to you as they come available. If you see one that you like we would be happy to call you and preliminarily discuss the vehicle with you. If it still sounds like the one you want we will then move forward with getting an inspection done or in a perfect scenario we will call you from the vehicle car side at auction and will give you all the information we can so you can make the buying decision. After all, it is your money we are spending and you have the final say.
- 4. Once a vehicle is purchased on you request, the remainder of the balance is required within two working days.
- 5. Once the payment is verified, your vehicle will be booked for shipping to your preferred destination.
- 6. Once the vehicle has been shipped, we will send you all of the necessary documents such as the Bill of Lading etc.
Payment:
Currently the preferred payment method is by TT or bank transfer. Please (contact us) for our banking details. Paypal is also be available for deposits and full payment. If you wish to use Paypal for the full payment a 4% surcharge of the purchase total will be requested due to additional processing charges. Sorry, we do not accept LC's or Letter of Credit for payment.
